๐Ÿ“œ The Station Code

Read it once. It governs everything on these airwaves โ€” and it's short enough that "I didn't read it" is never an excuse.

I. What you upload is yours โ€” 100%, forever

Uploaders keep full ownership of their work. The station takes no cut of your rights, no license grab hidden in legalese, no "perpetual worldwide" nonsense. Your track, your masters, your money.

II. Taste is never a reason to pull a track

AI-made, weird, unpopular, abrasive, recorded in a closet at 3 AM โ€” none of that gets anything removed. There are no taste gatekeepers on this ship. The Asspirate's rule is simple: if it's yours and it's real, it sails.

III. Enforcement is report-based

Any listener can flag any track. A flagged track is yanked off the air instantly, pending review by the studio. The review queue can restore it or remove it permanently. False or abusive flagging is its own offense โ€” don't waste the Chief's time.

Honest decentralization note: a track pulled from the station may still exist if it was pinned elsewhere on IPFS. We control the airwaves, not the ocean.

๐Ÿท IV. Pig's Law Instant removal ยท No appeal

Chief Tusk doesn't do warnings. These get a track removed on sight, with no appeal and no second chances:

  • CSAM โ€” reported to NCMEC and law enforcement, account banned permanently.
  • Copyright theft โ€” someone else's work passed off as yours.
  • Fraud โ€” scams, fake payouts, deceptive uploads.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery โ€” zero tolerance, full stop.
  • Credible violent threats โ€” threats against real people.

V. The ownership oath

Before anything goes live, every uploader swears:

"I swear on my own name that this work is mine to publish โ€” my recording, my rights, my responsibility. What I upload, I own outright, and I answer for it under the Station Code."

Break the oath and Pig's Law handles the rest.

๐Ÿฆœ Signed, the crew

The Asspirate: "Fair winds for the honest, cannon fire for the thieves. That's the whole navy."

Dirtybird: "He stole that line from a cereal box."

Chief Tusk: "Oink."
